LEAKS!

It is important to contact us immediately for all water issues especially. Leaks can affect those apartments below you or around you and must be taken care of quickly.
You will not be charged for leaks unless you have neglectfully let the matter turn into a larger problem causing damage to our unit or to other apartments. All areas of incoming water have shut-off valves.
If your toilet begins to overflow, you can help keep it contained and avoid any damage charges by quickly turning off the valve behind the toilet, then call Ivy Hall for maintenance.

PLUNGERS!

Buy a plunger,
when the toilet overflows
during the night or weekends,
you can quite possibly
fix the problem yourself.
If maintenance must come to your apartment after hours, you will be charged $25 to plunge the toilet.
If you have a plunger,
you can save yourself the trouble and money!
HOLES in our walls are a
BIG "No-No"!
You will be charged (minimum)
$50 per square foot for us to fix it.
If you fix it... improperly and unprofessionally...
you will be charged (minimum)
$50 per square foot for us to fix it.
